Speaking to Sky Sport Italia, VR46 Academy Manager and long-time sidekick of The Doctor, Uccio Salucci, confirmed that heavy rain put a spanner in the works: “We were going to have to leave for Portimao tonight, but instead we are thinking of postponing the Academy tests to next week because the weather conditions are really disastrous. If we have to go to Portugal and then be unable to do anything, we prefer to just move the date.”
